Today kicks off my Love in the City Series Tour! First, I’d like to thank Melanie at Book Empire Promotions for hosting and organizing the event! Secondly, I want to thank all the book bloggers participating in the tour. Book bloggers help get the word out about authors like myself and our books. So, I’m very grateful to all of you who are taking the time to post about my Love in the City series and/or review the books. It truly means the world to me!
The Love in the City series is about a group of friends looking for love in New York City. Each book is about a different couple and their story is told from both the female and male POVs. The books can be read as standalones, but you’ll find out that each book picks up where the previous one left off. I decided to do it that way so that my readers didn’t miss anything in the lives of the Love in the City gang (meet the gang by clicking here). I know as a reader myself, I always wonder, why didn’t the author give us an epilogue? What about this or that? So, that’s why there are no epilogues in my series, because I promise you, what you want in an epilogue will eventually happen in the series. Each book ends in a happily ever after though, so no worries, they are no cliffhangers! I’ve also done something special with the series: all of the book covers are a different color that represents an awareness that’s featured in each book. I think it’s important as a writer to not only tell a great story, but also have an important message behind it. So, I hope that you fall in love with the story and its characters and take away the message behind it all, too.
Carter was captivated by Ellyson Evans the moment he laid eyes on her, but she was the one girl who didn’t beg for his attention.
He wanted her.
Ellyson vowed to never fall in love, because love can destroy you, but then she met Carter Jennings.
She wanted him.
Unwilling to risk their comfortable friendship, neither confessed their desires.
Losing touch after college, a chance meeting reconnects them.
They want each other.
But love in the city is never quite that easy.
Celebrity fashion designer, Harper Jennings is only months away from turning thirty, and her dream of living a happily ever after has yet to come true.
She’s given up on her fantasy.
Personal trainer and gym owner, Maverick Jones isn’t thrilled about having a designer mentoring in his new clinic, but after meeting the brunette beauty face-to-face, he dreams of having his way with her.
He’s ready to turn his fantasy into reality.
But when their fantasies collide, love in the city becomes more complicated than they ever imagined.
If you haven’t checked out the series yet, now is the perfect time as Wanted By You (Love in the City, #1) is FREE for a limited time on Amazon, iBooks, and Kobo! October is breast cancer awareness month, and the pink cover of Wanted By You represents all of those women who have battled, who are currently battling, and who will battle breast cancer and other women’s cancers. If you’re already a fan of the series, please let your fellow book lovers and friends know about it! Word of mouth is one of the greatest ways to help out your favorite books and authors.
I’m currently in the middle of writing the third book in the Love in the City series, Pleasured By You, but it is now up for pre-order on iBooks! Here’s an unedited and subject-to-change teaser from Pleasured By You told from Fletcher’s point of view:
